Net Neutrality lost in Parliament

Ways to circumvent:

– SSH tunnel to vps/server outside UK (I’ll put up a YouTube video soon, I recommend this)
– Join the tor network
– Emigrate

Now that the Digital Economy Bill is through you need to start considering encrypting your traffic until it leaves the UK. This can be done fairly cheaply, with no extra equipment required.

The process of monitoring one’s Internet connection including content is wrong, an invasion of privacy, and dangerous. Encrypting your traffic is an extreme measure but an increasingly necessary one. Our government has put this on themselves. This is not a fair, competitive, inexpensive, or smart move, undermines free speech on the Internet, and fails net neutrality.

  1. Also CyberGhost VPN is a great vpn provider for anonymous surfing. We offer a free and a paid service.

  2. It’s good that there are still workarounds. VPN is best for that.
